Dutch master of trance music, Rene Ablaze, will perform in Finland for the first time in April. Ablaze will take the stage of the Resonation Chapter V: Realm event organized at the KULT club of Helsinki's Kulttuuritalo on Maundy Thursday, April 17.
Rene Ablaze has been producing music since 1997. He has founded two record labels (Redux Recordings and Ablazing Records) and his songs have over 80,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
The KULT club's event will also feature a large number of domestic techno music and trance artists, such as Resonation's own stars DWS, JeJo, Vanhis and Zirius, as well as Kajaani rising talent SEKA. The event has two stages, one of which is occupied by Luxonia's domestic DJ/producers Axity, Loose, Mike Ditchz and Walter Alan, bringing a versatile collection of different genres of EDM to the evening.
- Resonation has already organized many different machine music events and we have brought foreign artists to Finland before. Last December, Estonian DJ/producer Kaimo K performed at us, says Resonation Finland's event producer, Niko Vanhala, who performs under the stage name Vanhis.
Luxonia, which is responsible for the performers on the second stage of the event, is the largest music collective in its field in Finland with 17 artists and three background people.
- Machine music is on the rise in Finland. We Finns in particular seem to be inspired by fast-rhythmic techno, but more melodic house is also popular. Machine music is in great demand these days, whether it's Easter, Christmas or some other holiday. Four artists from Luxonia will also perform on Maundy Thursday at the KULT club and four elsewhere in Helsinki, says Luxonia's artist manager Tomi Lindblom.
