The world's leading heavy techno music concept is expanding to Finland

The world's leading heavy techno music concept, Verknipt, is expanding to Finland. The first ever Verknipt Suomi Hard Tekno event will be held at Kameleonten Areena in Leppävaara, Espoo on October 30th. It will feature a dozen top artists from Finland and abroad.

The headliner of the Verknipt Suomi event will be French DJ/producer Nico Moreno, who is one of the most prominent artists in the modern industrial techno rave scene.

Founded in 2012, Verknipt only organized events in the Netherlands until 2022. Today, the techno events it manages are organized around the world for a total of over 300,000 spectators annually. The events range from large club gigs to stadium-class events. In the Netherlands, for example, Verknipt made history by selling out Amsterdam's iconic Johan Cruijff Arena to 40,000 spectators for two consecutive years, also breaking the Guinness World Record for the largest laser show ever.

In addition to Nico Moreno, the Espoo techno night will feature foreign reinforcements Caroline Roxy, IMHAPPY, MAUDUX, MORTHAL, NOYSE, PAWLOWSKI and RÄV, as well as domestic acts AGNIA, ARTHEIA, MARTIN K4RMA and VALKRUND.

– The idea to bring Verknipt to Finland was born from the desire to offer the Finnish rave community an experience of an unprecedented scale. In October, Kameleonten Areena will become a venue for an audiovisual ensemble formed by great world music and a high-class light show and effects, says the event organizer and Martin Karm from SoundVault, who also performs under the name MARTIN K4RMA.

The age limit for the Verknipt Suomi event is K-18, and tickets are on sale at Verknipt's official ticket shop www.soundvaultfi.com/verknipt-finland.
