Many Finnish artists are taking part in megastar concerts in Tallinn in August. Redrama, one of Finland's most internationally known rap artists, will be seen at Tallinn's Laululava in August as the opening act for legendary American rapper 50 Cent. At the same concert on Friday, August 8, Mikael Gabriel will also be the opening act for Laululava together with Estonian rap star Nublu.

The official after-party for 50 Cent's concert at Tallinn's D3 club will feature Redrama, as well as Finnish DJs Nikos and DJ Kite.

The official after-party for Steve Aoki and Alan Walker's big concerts at the Song Stage on Friday, August 22nd, and David Guetta's the following night will feature a lot of Finnish color. Among the Finnish EDM artists performing at the D3 club after-party will be Devinity and Aamos Salovaara. In addition, a well-known Finnish artist will be announced for Guetta's concert at the Song Stage soon.

The official after-party of the concerts will be celebrated on the spectacular Telliskivi terrace area until 5 am.

– The Telliskivi area is increasingly attracting Finnish tourists due to its diverse cultural offerings. Up to 3,000 partygoers are expected to arrive for the after-party, says Sami Vepsäläinen, CEO of Xtendedmusic Agency Oy, a program agency that arranges Finnish artists for the events.

Two weeks after 50 Cent's concert, the Laululava will be taken over by world-famous electronic dance music stars Steve Aoki and Alan Walker, whose numerous hit songs have made them popular all over the world. In addition to them, the concert will feature Don Diablo, R3HAB and Madison Mars, among others.

David Guetta's stadium sized The Monolith show is set to draw tens of thousands of people to Laululava on August 23. This stadium-sized show has never been seen before in Northern Europe. It will also be his only performance in the Nordic and Baltic countries this year.

Tallinn is rapidly becoming one of the leading summer concert cities in Northern Europe. The Song Stage is a unique venue in many ways, and can accommodate over 70,000 spectators, which is clearly more than, for example, the Helsinki Olympic Stadium. This summer's artists at the Song Stage include Justin Timberlake, AC/DC and 50 Cent, all of whom will skip Finland this summer and perform at the Song Stage instead.

– Organizing large events has become increasingly expensive in Finland due to rising rents and ever-increasing ticket sales costs. At the same time, more stadium-level concerts are being produced in Estonia, and their tourism-promoting effects are considerable. Reasonable production costs and affordable prices make it possible to organize such mega concerts in Tallinn, says Henri Lindal of Baltic Live Agency.

Ticket sales for the events are already underway at Tiketti and Ticketmaster. The concerts are organized by the Estonian Baltic Live Agency OÜ.
