Avicii's Level - The Official Ice Hockey Song!

The Ice Hockey World Championship, which will be held in Avicii's hometown of Stockholm in May, has decided to honor the late EDM icon by choosing Levels as the official competition song.

"Avicii is one of the greatest music creators of our time. He is also a unique and celebrated symbol for Sweden," says Tony Wiréhn, CEO of the International Ice Hockey Federation. "Avicii's music has a power and pulse that goes straight to the heart."

16 national teams will compete in the World Cup this year, including defending champion Czech Republic and host country Sweden, which won the bronze medal in 2024. The tournament begins on May 9 in Herning, Denmark, and ends on May 25 with the final in Stockholm.
